WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Monday Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful successful weekend!! I ate pretty good and didn't overdo the carbs. Scales are holding steady within my comfort range. I have a 4 day work week and billing is all done so I've just got a few smaller jobs to finish up.
Maintenance: 6+ years out!!!
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Bean and Bacon Soup
Snack: Nature Valley Gluten Free Almond Crunch Bar (YUMMY Nuts)
Snack: Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge and 6 Saltines
Dinner: Making DH a Hamburger Pizza
Snack: 3 TBS. of Plain Popcorn Kernels made in microwave

Hi Roz! I didn't eat too bad this past weekend either. I was too just too busy! But, I did fall the "get a free box of triscuit thins" at the store... and... yes I've been eating them. Shame on me.
Needed to go back to work just to recuperate from the weekend. I'm definitely feeling my age and that scares me just a little. I was absolutely exhausted yesterday after the soffit work, but today an feeling like my old self (except for the tendonitis).

A busy Monday in my music classroom today! Lots of singing and guitar playing and I tested 50 students on their playing.
No miles as I have a broken pinky toe!!!
B-Greek yogurt with SF jello

D-cheese burger and pickle
S-3 Tbl. Popcorn in microwave
