WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

Hi Roz,
Trying to be good today.... I love omelets if I ever go out for breakfast. I was off yesterday but had to go in to do a few things and forgot to do the most important thing so I had to go back in this morning and fini**** for Monday since I am traveling Monday....sometimes my mind just doesn't work very well anymore.
I am cooking today so I will have food that I should eat around my house. I am making some Garlic Parmesan Baked Chicken Wings, Stuffed Peppers(Using Cauliflower), Faux Tater Tots(Using Cauliflower) and some carbquik cinnamon rolls - I haven't done these in a long time. I hope I have almost everything out of my house that I don't need in it.
B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Decaf Coffee
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S: Carbquik Cinnamon roll or Faux Tater Tots
D: Stuffed Peppers made with Cauliflower
S: Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink
Now if only I can stick with this for one day...
Vitamins: Morning Done
Water/Fluids: 50 ozs so far
Miles: None yet but am hoping I can make myself go walk afterwhile

I hope your day was successful!! I bet you are counting the days to retirement! We are thinking DH might retire the beginning of August but he will probably be on vacation for most of July.
I wish I was a good cook. DH is such a picky eater that I just never learned but to be honest until I had WLS I didn't care much about cooking because we ate a lot of fast food. If I cooked the foods on your menu I would be the only one eating them. Unfortunately that means my DD's aren't good cooks either. But 2 of them are married to men who love to cook and are really good at it. The other one cooks basic stuff but they are so busy that DD counts it as a blessing but then she is the only one of my girls who has a few pounds she needs to get off.
Sounds Delish!!

I would love to have someone to walk with. We have a nice place at work to walk but it's not safe to walk alone. The other ladies in our office are paired off and they are younger and smokers so I really don't fit in.
Sounds like you had a great Menu day!!
