WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

It's Friday! One wee****il I leave for vacation....YEAH!!! I've started packing but DH hasn't been too cooperative. Hopefully this weekend I can get him to help with his things. DD#1 is getting hysterical about this Ebola scare and driving us all crazy!! I wouldn't be surprised if she they show up at the airport in protective head gear!
I'm going to need someone to post M&M. I'm going to be gone from the 24th through the 1st of Nov.

I'll be happy to do most of that time. I will be gone some over both weekends, mainly 30th-Nov 2.
I walked this morning and it was chilly. I then took the time to pull out the hats and gloves. I need to switch over clothes but can't get in the mood. Drove Teke this afternoon. I'm pretty caught up with work so I think I will get some pants hemmed that I bought a while back.

I'm going to get all my summer clothes cleaned and packed into my suitcase this weekend. I've been living out of the back closet for the past few days and I'd like to get them moved so I don't have to do it when I get back.

Hi Roz! I know.. I've been MIA... life has been SO busy lately. I do try to get on everyday but don't always make it.
Yea for vacation! I go from Nov 8-15th to FL to visit my girlfriend. I CAN'T WAIT!
Today:
B - coffee x2
L - cheeseburger soup (low carb and yummy!)
D - 1/2 piece of Vivi's pizza and 4 chicken wings and a beer
Vits: yep
Water: didn't do so well today.
Miles: Drilled holes in my soffits... up/down ladder, holding saw above my head - ugh!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Our trip to FL can't come fast enough for me! Spending 1 day at Downtown Disney and the Beach and then 7 days on a Disney Cruise. I bet your grandbabies would love that! 2 of our DD's families are going with us this time.
Can you send me the directions for your soup? I need step by step....LOL.

Yea - Kids and grandgirls are going to Disney in Dec with my ex. They're looking forward to it.

It will be beautiful in December!! Is your son going too or your DD's family. If they want a chance to go to the Meet and Greet for Elsa (Frozen) I think you have to book now. When we went in April you weren't even allowed to stand in line you had to have a reservation. Do you know where they are staying at?
Just do the recipe whenever you can or text me the link on FB. I'm not doing much cooking for the next 2 weeks.
