Menus and Miles Thursday October 16th
Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Morning LW's!! Except for dinner I'm having the same menu as yesterday. You all must think my menus are boring (or I don't post a new one) but I honestly can eat the same things all of the time and I don't get bored with it. If it weren't for DH I'd probably eat the same Dinner too. We basically just repeat the same meals week after week. Even when we go out to eat I have certain foods at each restaurant that I order each time. It works for me. I do much better when I don't have choices to make. What works for you?

Hi Roz! My computer says it's October 16th.... ;)
I do a lot of variety. I probably would do better if I didn't, but I like to try new low-carb dishes. I'd like to get back into protein drinks and just need to remember it like my vitamins.
Today:
B - coffee x2
L - cheeseburger soup (yum and low carb)
D - same unless Nicole has something good tonight.
Vits: yep

Hi Roz,
Long day at work today. DGD#2 is spending the night again tonight and DD forgot to send her T-shirt for the field trip tomorrow so DH had to go to their house and get it(20 miles away) tonight. I was suppose to be off tomorrow, but have too much going on so I'm going to work at least 1/2 a day. I hope I get off after lunch.
I need to get back into eating the same thing and get some of this bad stuff out of my house!!
