Congratulations on your six year surgiversary.  You look beautiful in your after picture with whom I assume is your significant other.  As Billy Crystal used to say on SNL, You look mahvelous.  Again congratulations.

Thank You!  Yes, that's my hubby of 40 years.  He was my very first date at the age of 15.
