Good morning Roz. I'm back. I can really tell when I don't make it a priority to get on here and post my food. Of course those are the days that I eat crap I know I should not be eating and am too embarrassed to post it. So let's see I've had almost a week of junk food now so it is time to get back at it. I can really feel the inner tube around my waist from all the carbs. I've already messed up this morning with crackers & peanut butter, but am going to try and do better the rest of the day.

YUM Meatloaf. I love cold meatloaf left over from the day before. I might try the mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes for dinner.
Sounds Good!
