WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I started singing Monday Monday and realized it's Tuesday....LOL. It was strange having yesterday off when the kids had school. DD#3 is having another boy! We waited for years for a boy and now we are going to have 4! Love the girls to pieces but boys are just special and loving.

Snack: 3 TBS. of Plain Popcorn Kernels made in microwave
Rain, rain and wind today. I have gotten some paperwork done though and it isn't cold, just wet and windy.

We were in the 80's but today (Wed.) it is cooling down. Winds have been getting stronger all morning.
Pizza chips...I haven't made them in such a long time. I'm going to have to look up the directions and see how I could make them IC friendly. I could probably use ham and cheese.

I put butter on my Popcorn one day last week and I thought I was going to be sick. Not from the fat but from the taste. I'm so use to eating it with just a little salt.
