WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Morning LW's!!! Beautiful Sunday morning here n Western PA. We are taking the grandkids to a Halloween party this afternoon.I have tomorrow off for Columbus Day. DD#3 has her sonar at 8 am to find out what Grandbaby #8 is going to be.....finally!! If someone could start M&M that would be great because I don't know what our plans are going to be. I know if it's a girl we are going baby girl shopping because she has 2 boys and needs to buy lots of Pretty Pink!! If it's boy #3 then I'm not sure but I know shopping is in there somewhere.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
2nd B - bacon and eggs
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries

D - pot roast, mashed cauliflower and a hard cider
