Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

 

Sorry about yesterday Ladies and Gents!!   Thank you Gina for starting M&M!!!   I came into work but decided to go back home.  I had a terrible headache.  It's still aching today but near as bad.  My scales dropped to 117 for a couple of days and it has now settled at 118.  I was wondering if that had anything to do with me not feeling good.  Other than my bladder it's very rare for me not to feel well.

We are celebrating my Mom's 82nd tonight.  I can't wait to see everyone.

Maintenance:   Almost 6 years out!!!

Breakfast:        Scrambled Egg, Egg Beaters, diced ham

Lunch:              Swiss Cheese, Turkey, tomato on thin wheat roll

Snack:              Lite and Fit Cherry Greek Yogurt    

Snack:              Nature Valley Gluten Free Almond Crunch Bar (YUMMY Nuts)

Dinner:             Grabbing something out

Snack:              3 TBS. of Plain Popcorn Kernels made in microwave

Good news, it's Friday.  WooHoo!  {Bad news only comes in texts.}

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - bowl of chili
2nd L - protein shake (30g)
D - fish nuggets and salad
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches:done 
iron: skipping
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

MILES:
none

Have you gotten some bad news lately?

My sister drives me crazy were texting!!  It's almost impossible to word anything right because she reads negativity between every line. It used to be emails that went on and on. I don't know why she can't just pick up the phone.
