WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Snack: Nature Valley Gluten Free Almond Crunch Bar (YUMMY Nuts)
Dinner: 1/2 Cup Spaghetti in meat sauce
Snack: 3 TBS. of Plain Popcorn Kernels made in microwave

I thought about texting you but you have been so busy lately with the audits. Glad those are finished and your last ones. DH is driving me crazy wanting to retire.
I swear I got fat from running the girls back and forth and stopping for fast foods. Thank goodness we only run the Grandkids occasionally.
