Happy Tuesday!!! I'm having the same menu as yesterday. My scale was at 118 two days in a row and that has always been when I claim it but I know for it isn't going to stick so I'm sticking with my mid range number of 119. Today is my Mom's 82nd birthday. We are having a family party Friday night.
Maintenance: Almost 6 years out!!!
Breakfast: Scrambled egg, eggbeater whites, and diced ham
Lunch: Swiss Cheese and Turkey Roll-ups
Snack: Lite and Fit Cherry Greek Yogurt

Last post for a while unless I can figure out how to post from my phone or get wifi at the campground. I leave in the morning for Lexington Ky for the biggest gathering of carriage drivers in the USA. Should be a blast. I did my quarterly body scan today and although I wasn't back to 19% fat, I was down from 24% to 23% fat which is still underfat.
