Sorry you are still dealing with swelling. I hope that does get under control soon.

Last week 109

This week 109

No change

I decided after 4 years I can drop the fractions and just go with the basic numbers.  No more .02 lost or whatever.

That said, staying the same.  It seems to be where my body wants to stay.

Forgot to say that I am getting another iron infusion Tuesday.  I'm looking forward to it.  It's not that I feel awful, I just run out of steam pretty quickly.  I'm hoping this will fill up my tank.

Good for you!

Which type of iron are you using? I had to go for infusions as well since my iron tanked this year. We tried the InFed, but 2 mins into the 5 min test dose, I had a severe allergic reaction so we had to step back and punt...just finished a round of ferrlecit instead. Feel MUCH better and my only real symptoms were the return of my restless leg syndrome and extremely brittle nails.

I decided about a year ago to just go with whole numbers...makes it easier.

InFed.  I think that is what I had previously and I didn't have any issues.  I hope I don't this time as well.

They do a test dose EVERY time but if you didn't have issues before you shouldn't have any this time.

Two weeks ago before vacation 180

This week 178

I ate whatever I wanted in moderation on the cruise after eating my protein, except bread and rice because those hurt. Didn't gain or lose on the cruise. Lost two pounds this week.

Last week  130
today         130

I didn't weigh yesterday because I was headed out early.  Tomorrow is the real test.  It is my quarterly body scan.  Last quarter I was 4% more fat although I was still below normal in fat.  Since then, I have been really working and have upped almost all of my weights in muscle pump.  Hopefully it will show tomorrow and my fat % will be back to around 19%.
