WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I figure I better get on here now or I might miss another day. Wow we had a very busy weekend. DH and I were both sound asleep by 8:30 last night-LOL!!

WOW 8:30....you must have been exhausted! The cake you made was great!!! I ordered my Mom's Birthday cake last night from our "cake lady". She almost said no because she is making 3 wedding cakes until I said I only wanted flowers and hearts on it. Usually we give her a napkin and she decorates it to match.

Doh, how am I back already!! I had a lovely break. The weather was perfect and we spent most days sat in cafés like the one below. We were in a small town just by Dubrovnik, which we visited for the day, but it was crazy busy although it was beautiful nevertheless!!
I was a little low on protein today but I've not been to the store and didn't have any ham or yogurt.
