WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Helloooooo LW's!!!! It's hard to believe that today is the last day of September....I guess that's what happens when you wish the week away so that the weekend comes faster....LOL.
I'm sure most of you don't have this problem because you are a lot younger than me (I'm 61) but have any of you found an great face cream to help with the wrinkles from all of the loose skin? I have some really deep ones. I'd just like to find something that would soften up the look of them a little. I think if I could afford some type of PS it might be my face.

I pick my face cream based on the sun screen level more than anything. I did get an eye cream last time I ordered protein that I really like. And it was cheap on sale. Reviva from Lucky Vit.
Did the billing then went to SC to take a carriage for work. Took much longer than I hoped.

I don't want age to happen!!! All the extra fat filled my face out and now I am sagging every where.
Boy you are having a good protein day!! I had a Mint Cookie yesterday and I'm cramping today big time. It is so hard to get all the protein I need through food.
