AWOL for too long

Hi all,
I have not really posted in several years. I "lurk" and have kept up with this group. Today starts my "official retirement" Time for family and me.Though I am not where I want to be- weight wiseI have stayed the same weight for the last 3 years. It is so true about the carbs,I too am battling them
I have an almost 3 yr old grand daughter and expecting another gd in

Welcome back Brenda!!! Congrats on retirement and on the new granddaughter. My DIL is expecting a baby in March and she is going to a specialist today. Hopefully we will find out sex of the new baby. I am VERY excited. I have a 2 yr. old granddaughter myself. She is the love of my life. Have a blessed day !!!

Yes, carbs are evil and seem to like me way too much! I'm in the "decarbing" phase now. I need to get my weight to a more comfortable place too. It's a never ending struggle.

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Wow, I love it when folks reappear!!! I am very jealous of grandbabies and retirement. Good for you. And good for you for keeping the same weight for 3 yrs. Sometimes we just seem to end up higher than we think we would like. I'm coming to grips with that too.
