WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Love my LW's!!! Sorry I'm late posting today. I hope it didn't mess too many of you up. The auditors were here so we've been pretty busy. It's going to be in 80's here over the the weekend...YEAH!! DH's company is having a ball tournament between the different plant locations. I doubt he will be able to play since he just got his cast off of his hand but it will be nice to see everyone.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
S - Scoops and cheese
D - pork chop in cream of mushroom soup "gravy" w/a little rice
S - glass of wine
