WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Happy Thursday LW's!!! DH thought he was going back to work today and when he got the Dr. Return slip out he doesn't go bac****il tomorrow. Happy for him! This is the first day he has felt good enough to enjoy a day off.

I have to do a better job posting here! Hello lightweights. A rainy day off here in NJ. Pretty sure I broke my pinky toe, so no treadmill for a while. In fact, I can only wear flip flops, which is very unprofessional as a teacher, but I have no choice.
B-2 hard boiled eggs
/-Apple slices
L-Oscar Mayer protein pack
S-Premier shake
D-chicken and zucchini and tomatoes.
S-3Tbl. Popcorn in microwave
not enough water, too much coffee......
They do make some really cute flip flops though. I hope it starts feeling better soon. What grade do you teach? Do you have any All-Star Cheerleaders?
Sounds Good!

He is definitely feeling better. I think the fear of having a heart attack is sometimes worse than actually having one.
I forgot my Protein cup today....
Sounds good!!
