Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Welcome LW's!!!!   DH's EKG was crazy but his blood work came back good so after sitting at the hospital for hours they sent him home and we have to be back there at 3:00 today for the heart cath.  The heart center had 5 emergencies and I guess they didn't want us to keep sitting there and staring at them....LOL.  All of the commotion and sick patients were really getting to DH and it got to go home and get a good nights rest which was for the best I'm sure.

RNY Maintenance Almost 6 years out!!!

Breakfast:        Banana

Lunch:              Going to grab something at the hospital

Snack:              Dannon Cherry Greek  Yogurt

Coffee smells so good but I just can't drink it.  Yours should be where's the Chocolate?

I've never figured out my Proteins using my food totals.  I wonder where I would be.

Sounds Good!

Hope all is well today.

Munchy day and not good choices... I need to make some "grab and eat" food for breakfast....  I tend NOT to eat big ones, but about 10:00 I get hungry.  That's when, if there is any food around, bad choices can be made, very easily - just like today.

B - coffee

1030:  1/2 bagel toasted w/butter

L - roast beef w/ketchup (it was DRY - ugh)

D - not sure - I've eaten the leftovers and didn't take anything out of the freezer

Vit: yes

water:  doing better today

I always had a Protein drink for breakfast before my IC started.  I just knew that's what I was having and I never wanted anything else.  Since I can't have my Mint Cookie now I seem to think about breakfast as soon as I wake up.

I hope you figured out something for dinner and didn't just skip it.

I've got to make some bean soup!!!  Do you put sausage in the soup?  I always use ham but I might try making some with beef cubes because all of the salt in the ham really bloats me. I don't want to give the scales any reason to go up.

Sounds Good!

I used ground pork and sausage.  You can make it with no meat but I like it flavored with something.
