Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Welcome LW's!!!!   Our Gloomy Sunday turned out to be a beautiful day!!  I got all mine and DD's pruning done which was a big relief.  DH went in for a stress test today and they are doing a heart cath at 3:00.  I've got to finish up a few things at work and then I'm out of here. Prayers and swinging lizards would be appreciated!!!

Hi Roz - prayers said and a teddy bear was swung!!   My dad recently had a monitor on him for the day to check his heart rate.  I don't think he's heard just yet, but he still thinks he's 21 and is relaxed about the whole thing... I'm sure he'll be fine and I hope your DH is too.

I forgot to take in my cheese and ham today, so 'twas not good!!

You are right about Mondays!!  It is so hard to get up on Monday morning.

Sounds Good but your Protein total is lower than usual.

HI Roz!  Swinging critters for your DH that all is well. 

Went on a 3 day motorcycle ride last weekend - weather was glorious!!  Went to the mountains of WV - absolutely beautiful.  Trees in the higher elevations were just starting to change.  Ate pretty well. 

Not 100% sure what's on the menu for today though:

B - coffee w/creamer

L - leftover hamburg gravy and a biscuit (a few days' allotment of carbs there!)

D - not sure.  I have some leftover pot roast that needs to be eaten up.  Ended up trying a new egg drop soup recipe.  Still not what I wanted...

S - popcorn

Vits:  yes

Water:  doing ok. 

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I wish DH like to jump in the car and take a ride.  I'd even do all of the driving.  When DD#3 went to college in VA I loved taking that trip through WV in the fall and when winter came it was so nice to be heading south.

It's beautiful here today.  Drove Teke this morning then paperwork and a meeting tonight so I can't go to muscle pump.  Hate it when work interfers with my play!!  Back on track food wise after a crazy weekend.
