Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Morning LW's!!!    Still loving the scales!  But more importantly I got a deflated mid section!  Carbs are the root of all evil and inter-tube look!!

Snack:              3 TBS. of Plain Popcorn Kernels made in microwave

Awesome as ever Roz! 

Sleepy day today - thunder and lightening woke me at 5:30 this morning!! I did a spot of pre-holiday shopping, yep next week I'm off to Croatia - yay.  I've never been there before, but Dubrovnik looks very pretty.

It would be so nice to be able to travel.  You are a very lucky woman!!  The picture looks so exotic.

Was the ice cream chocolate too...hahaha?

Hi guys,

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - small bowl of Cheetos
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - fresh salsa and Scoops
S - peanuts
D - large Greek salad and meat loaf with a hard cider
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

MILES:
laundry and housework
