It's Friday Ladies and Gents!!!! We are suppose to have a beautiful weekend so I'm hoping to get all of my flowers trimmed up and get my fountain put away.

Getting ready to hit the road for a motorcycle trip to W VA this weekend. Weather is supposed to be nice. Be a *****illy to get started but I'll dress warm enough. Meeting up with some of the other riders for lunch, then riding there together.
Not sure what's to eat today. Upset tummy - took meds on an empty stomach and not supposed to do that...

That sounds like fun Jody! Sometimes I wish I could just jump in the car and go on a road trip like we did when I was young. If my Mom wasn't such a handful I'd take her on a short one but she would get confused and not know where she was at. DH hates traveling unless it's by airplane. There's a cheer comp in Atlantic City this year and I'm going without him if he won't go.

A legend...that makes me sound really old....hahaha!! Low carb and Protein does it every time!! I just wish I wouldn't lax in the middle and have to do it! Hopefully with the cruise and the holidays coming up I will behave myself. When my IC riles up all I want is carbs to calm it and I need to find another solution!

Hi Roz,
Congrats on the 118 - way to go!!! I only worked about 2 hours this morning because my neck was hurting so bad. I went to a chiropractor and he made it feel so much better already. I've been putting ice and heat on it today. I think it is mostly stress and all the extra work the last 2 weeks.
It is suppose to be great weather here too.

If you are like me I will sit in one position at my desk for hours trying to get things finished and I always get a stiff neck. I need to go to my Chiro too but I've been putting it off. I can't put it off much longer though because he goes to Florida for the winters and I'm usually one of his first patients when he comes back in the spring. I'm glad yours is feeling better!
I bought some cauliflower. I'm going to try making it minus some of the spices. I'm afraid they might rile up my IC and it's just starting to calm down.
