Congrats on the scale victory. I'm with Jody, I don't like my scale and it doesn't like me either....
B: Protein Decaf Coffee - out of my regular protein so I had to sub another kind - yuck!!

One Audit finished - 1 finding because we are so small we can't separate some duties so we got written up for that. One annual report finished and hope to finish the other one tomorrow morning. I'm getting there. The other audit is next week so I will be out of town Wednesday - Friday for that because it is at the other library. I'm going to need a vacation when this is all over.

I seem to go through this every summer. Relaxed clothes, Summer picnics and eating out have a huge impact on my weight. 123 was my high so far and I NEVER want to see that again!
My DD would be the one writing you up....LOL. If you ever need any ideas on how to do something she is very good at her job.

Good for you, Roz. : ) I still graze way too much and need to find a grazer's friendly free food. My problem might be not enough plan water in the morning.

Liquids are hard for me. Without my Protein drinks I've been drinking a lot of Vanilla Tea but I know I'm still way low on my intake.
You don't seem to be eating as many Protein snacks as you used to. I looked back at some of my old menus so I could figure out what I was eating when I was lower.
