What constitutes a light weight? Lol
I don't think I am but here's my story. HW is 286 and had VSG in 2010 and lost down to 209. Gained half back and am sitting at 246. Going through the process of getting approved for a revision to RNY. My goal is 175 so I have less than 100 lbs to lose this time so I keep hearing that term lightweight which is strange for me since I've been obese since a child. Anyway just looking for support as I'm anxious about going through surgery again but need some more help. I have held stead at this weight for two years so my surgeon was happy about that. I haven't totally given up!
Welcome! We don't have hard and fast rules about who is a LW. Many of us started this between 35 and 40 BMI or 150 or less pounds to lose, but really, we aren't counters that way.

Welcome.
Yeah, not many of us felt "lightweight" but in comparison to our heavier friends, we seem that way. We don't have hard and fast rules and welcome anyone who finds up helpful. Hope you will stick around.
