2 year anniversary

2 years out last Friday. I have lost a few more pounds in the last couple months, but lost the majority by a year out.  I do not follow low carb or track food any longer.  I just eat aprox 300 calories 5 times a day.  Some days more and some less.  My only exercise is walking half hr a few days a week.

I was 42 at the time of my RNY surgery with sleep apnea, severe GERD, high Bp, high cholesterol and pre diabetes.  I now am free of all these health issues.  I still have significant joint pain.

I started a new job in April . My coworkers know about my surgery but have never seen me obese. It is, in a strange way a relief not having people mention the loss any more.

128 lbs. 5"4'.

I can't get the pictures to work.

Congratulation!!!!  You have done such a great job.  Now to just keep on keeping on.

I was at a training yesterday with a room of total strangers so no one knew me when I was heavy.  One lady saw my protein drink and ask if I was a body builder, as she showed me her protein drink.  I said yes because it was easier but laughed inside.

Happy Surgiversary Candy!  You are looking great!

I really understand what you mean about being around people who never knew you obese.  It is nice not having to explain/talk about it.

Where did you get a new job at in April?  I was up in TC in the beginning of August for my sons engagement dinner.  I do miss that place!

Ok - I remember you telling me that before.  That seemed SOOO long ago!  Wasn't sure if you found another one after Lear.
