Proteins, Carbs & Fat.....
If I remember correctly (way back then!), I was aiming for 30 carbs, 100 g of protein and I avoided fats because I dumped on them. I see you had RNY too, so be careful when adding fats into your diet until you know how it affects you.
I'm a firm believer that fat is NOT your enemy. I use full-fat everything, butter, cream, etc. It keeps the carbs down too as it doesn't add sugars to get the taste better from eliminating the fats. But - everyone has different ideas about fat.

Thanks Jody!! You're right about the fats being better than carbs. The 1st time I ate peanut butter, 2 tbsp, I didn't tolerate it at all!!! Now I can eat it but only 1 tbsp at a time. All of my fats right now come from peanut butter, low-fat string cheese & low-fat mayo for my chicken salad. I haven't branched out much yet but am trying to be prepared so I have a plan before I add too many things.
We were told to not count anything but protein. Started with 80g then upped it to 100 and these days I try to stay around 150g. Even with that, my blood work show me at the very bottom of normal.
I tried to keep carbs around 30 or less net carbs (total - fiber). I did find at about 5 months out that I could keep losing at the same calories if I cut the carbs.
These days I just try to stay away from white flour, sugar and processed food. My carbs are veggies, beans, etc.
I also eat full fat everything except greek yogurt. I try not to go overboard but I don't really limit it either.
