I understand how you feel!  I try to squeeze posting in when I can.  Sometimes I feel guilty because I fall behind.  It gets a little discouraging when there aren't any new posters.

Hi guys,
I'm hoping to get my grazing under control today by going to the office and getting away from my kitchen.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - 1/3 cup of chicken salad
D - fish nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

MILES:
walking (2 laps plus some)

Did going to work help?  Sometimes I'm worse at work because they always have a bunch of junk food on the counter. Today (Thurs.) it was M&Ms.

I hear ya Gina - when I work from home I find myself "prowling" the kitchen.  At work, not really.  I will look in my overhead cubie and see if anything magically materialized, but it hasn't - which is a good thing.  I have protein powder in it - that's it!!

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
