WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Morning LW's!!! I have been soooo excited so many Lurkers have wrote on my Post Request! I haven't had time to respond to them all but I'm going to!!! Please make them all feel welcome!!
DH and I had a wonderful day yesterday. We spent the whole day together doing a little shopping and then went out to eat with our SIL and DGSons last night. My DD has been working out of town this past week so they hadn't had time to celebrate SIL's birthday. We took a birthday cake and the waiters sang Happy Birthday to him and the little ones were so excited! He kept telling the boys if they didn't eat they weren't getting any dessert or a snack before bed and all the time DH and I were thinking...He's not going to be able to follow through with his threat...haha.

December? I know you said that the weather had turned but methinks you're somewhat ahead of yourself on the month LOL!
Boo hoo - tomorrow's Monday!! My protein number isn't horrendous today, but hopefully I'll get that up tomorrow along with an extra calcium batch as my calcium results were low. I'll get them in person on Tuesday... thankfully PTH was in range - I just got them over the phone from the receptionist.

Got up and walked because I thought it was going to be a crazy day and it was. I had to go to a picnic, scheduled to eat at 4, and it was 2 hrs away. So my "meals" were weird and add to that a piece of cake that must have been loaded with sugar because I don't dump and it made me really sick and wobbly. Ug.
decaf protein coffee 33g
sausage, low carb pita
lemon tea protein 13g
peanuts
burger patty, brocalli salad, piece of cake

I have to take the icing of the cake and still only take a few bites. The fear of dumping really keeps me grounded.
Hope you enjoyed yourself before you dumped.

I really miss all of your posts!! Are you busy or just bored with posting. It does get hard sometimes to sit and answer but I know I do better if I stay in touch. Do you post more on your DS site?
