WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Happy Hump Day LW's!!! That kind of sounds bad....lol. A friend was suppose to have his RNY today but his sugar levels were high so it's being postponed until November. I feel so bad for him.

I'm sorry about your friend. Hopefully in the future this will seem like a small bump in the road when they're successful.
I foamed again last night and I'm on the effervescent vit C so that isn't it as I switched to that when I first got the foamies a couple of times a few weeks back. I hadn't eaten for a couple of hours, so food's not it. I brush my teeth every morning, so it's not that, which only leaves my tiny copper capsule (I doubt it) or my iron of which nausea is a listed side effect!! I'll try just one tonight which is 210mg and I'll chase my most recent blood test results... iron was fine last time. BTW I've been taking those iron tablets for a year now!!

I'm not sure what could be making you dump. I dump on sugar and grease. I got sick today (Thurs.) on a TBS of peanut butter with carrots. Sometimes there just isn't an explanation.

It wasn't dumping the way a RNYers gets it. I didn't get any sweating and the whole episode lasted about 5 minutes and then I was fine. I only took 1 iron tablet last night and it was fine so hopefully I've found the culprit. I'm only trying to maintain my iron levels rather than increase them and hope I'll be OK on that dose.
