Hard day at work today. Sometimes I think it is not worth taking time off. I had to just about sit on my hands this afternoon to keep from eating candy....

3rd day of watching my bad carbs! I have to admit I have been hungry but I AM going to beat this carb monster!! I'm terribly worried my dress pants aren't going to fasten because of the extra "carb" roll around my belly.
