Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
It's almost 4:00 and I'm just eating lunch. Attendance billing is taking extra long because of kids starting school and switching/ending day care. I had my Protein drink and couple cups of Vanilla tea that kept my tummy from growling.RNY Maintenance

Glad you got a day off. I love when I get a day off during the week. I didn't plant any tomatoes this year and I haven't bought a good one yet.
Do you put anything in your yogurt to sweeten it besides what you mentioned? I don't like cottage cheese but I was trying to think of some things to mix in it. It could be just the texture I don't like though and nothing will help.
Did you post on your site?

When I mix fruit and nuts with yogurt I usually don't sweeten it, but sometimes I do put some pudding powder. I put raisins, walnuts and cinnamon in cottage cheese and let it set. After a few hours the raisins plump up and it tastes really good. I like sugarfree apricot preserves in cottage cheese and I have put pudding powder in it also. But if you don't like the texture that may not help

It always feel good to get back on my routine. 3 cookies??? Sounds like me a week or so ago. My scales told me I had to say NO to sweets and carbs.
