Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Happy Grandparents Day to all of you Grandmas and Grandpaps!!  We had a great day yesterday at the park.  All week they kept calling for rainstorms but the Weather was perfect.  It started drizzling when we were walking to the car.

I never made it to the funnel cakes but had a few fries right before leaving.

I'm pretty sure we don't have grandparents' day in the UK... I hope you have grandchildren's day!! 

I used the iRobot... I'm finally getting into using it.  It's happened again though, yep tomorrow's Monday - boo hoo!!

I think it's "grandchildren's day" every day.  The 4 Grandkids that we see practically every day are spoiled!

Except for the potato chips its pretty good....LOL.

Good job Anne!  I had to cut back on my Protein drinks again and I gained 2 pounds right away.  I'm trying to cut back in snacking to balance it out. I want to be low for our cruise next month but more importantly I want to be able to get into my dress pants when I'm forced to put my shorts away.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
2nd B - egg and bacon
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries

Sounds Good Gina!  

I'm struggling getting these 2 extra pounds off.  I know it's from giving up 2 of my Protein drinks because my bladder is riled up.  I'm afraid my morning one is going to have to go too.  I'm been getting 2 injections a week and I'm still cramping.
