Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Have an Awesome day LW's!!!  Tonight is grocery night..our cupboards are bare!!!   I have to make my list during lunch today and I'm needing a change so I'm hoping to catch up on my posting of M&M and get some good ideas.

I ate so much chocolate this morning... someone bought some chocolate for the office and I couldn't help myself...

Hi Roz

Doing ok so far today... I finished painting my house (LR, DR, kitchen, hallway) yesterday.  It was a work in progress and now done - yea!  I moved all the furniture back and wondered this morning why my shoulder hurt - ugh.  SIL will come over the help with the last heavy item.  Saw the girls today - they came for a visit.  Hair appt tonight, need to pay my property taxes, go to the chiro, grocery shopping... I also need new flooring, whether it's carpet or hardwood.  Want hardwood but floors in the winter get cold... but since painting this carpet looks horrible.  I'm leaving Fri morning (from MI) and won't be bac****il the beginning of Oct, so nothing gets done until then.

Oh - not sure if I posted this, but my sister CLOSED ON HER HOUSE - YEA!  She's moving out slowly.  Once her new carpet is in I'm sure things will move faster.  I'm not too worried about it.  Hopefully by the time I get back her room will be cleaned out and I can start stuffing it up with stuff again - lol.

Today so far:

B - coffee

L - leftover taco stuff w/beans/cheese and sour cream

D - no idea.  Probably with the kids again. 

Vits:  yes - been doing well with them and taking more than I have for a few years.  Incorporated some Zinc too

Water:  doing ok.

2 of my DD's have the laminate flooring and I've never noticed them being cold in the winter.  They look so pretty and other than a swifter they don't take much care.  You do have to be careful with ice cubes falling under the fridge etc. because my sisters warped a little. You don't have any kids making messes on your carpets but it saves them a lot of money not paying for carpet cleaning. 

Your grandbabies are going to miss you!

moving an office is hard work!  I'm glad the family stress is getting better.
