WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Good Morning LW's!!! I hope you all had a nice Labor Day and got to relax a little! We had an awesome day with family at our DD's new house. Wonderful sunshine, Beautiful pool and Lots of Good Food. SIL made chicken/vegetable kabobs and they were delish. I was so dreading eating another hot dog or hamburger.

My SIL keeps saying "I love this house" It is his first house and her first "nice" house. The pool was a wonderful blessing they weren't counting on. The girls each had a new friend over this past weekend. They are so proud of it. The oldest one wants to invite a few friends from her old neighborhood so she can show it off. They went out and bought everyone new beds and bedding. The older two got their own rooms and were so excited to decorate them. This has been a very exciting year for them all!!
Sounds Good Linda!

Hi Gina,
Al and I are heading up your way this weekend, but it is going to be a really quick trip. We will just be there late Friday, Saturday & Sunday. I don't think we will get a chance to get together this time. Hopefully next year after I retire, we can come for a longer trip and get together again!!
