Gorgeous day here. We were supposed to get thunderstorms, but they never came. Took DGS to the amusement park.

I'm working on getting off the bad carbs and sugar today. Boy that stuff can get a hold on you pretty quickly. Cleaned my office room out today, it looks so nice in there now, it won't stay that way long!!
