Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Morning!!!  Is anyone else having trouble with this site?   I couldn't not find my LW's this morning...that was scarey....LOL!  I had to look at my old mail to find you all.....    While I was looking for you all I saw I had some messages and Friend Requests from spring.  I never saw any notifications for them...sorry!  I use to get a number posted at the top of the screen by my name but I haven't seen that for a long time. 

Not sure what DH and I are doing after church so I'll have to post my Menu you later.

Gotta get ready for church!  Catch you all later!!!

I have the LW forum bookmarked so I found it without any issues.  The notifications for messages are way more subtle these days, as they used to be bright red back in the day so I've sometimes not spotted messages for weeks after they've been sent.

Darn - I can't believe the weekend's over already!!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Left early this morning with pony for a clinic in SC.  We had a really good lesson but man was it hot.  Downed lots of fluids.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
2nd B -protein coffee (30g), egg and bacon
S - 
L - protein shake (30g) and a large salad
S - fresh salsa and Scoops
D - homemade taco salad and a hard cider
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: skipped

MILES:
none...didn't get to the closets and drawers as I planned
