Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
It not only Friday it's a long weekend....YEAH!!! I'm soooo ready for this!!! Do you have plans? If in involves food try to make the best choices you can....don't use the "its the last picnic of the summer" or those winter clothes might not fit....LOL.
DD#2 is having a picnic on Monday at her new house so everyone can see it. She is beaming with Happiness. I got home from work and I was amazed because my house looked so nice....she did a great job moving all of their stuff out and cleaning everything.

I've felt bad all day. I misplaced my new hearing aid last night and all I could think about was spending that much money and losing it the first day. I found it this morning but slept horribly and was achey all over. I did make it to yoga and I guess I needed to stretch. Better now but still tired. I need a weekend. The guys came back from their trip so my peace and quiet is over. But I leave Wednesday for my break so I can make it that long.

Is son#2 paying you a visit going to join in the fun? Do you have a stand up computer table? One of the girls at work wanted one and I couldn't believe the Director spent money to get her one. She used it about an hour and sat down in the new office chair he also bought her (she did need that). I'm guessing they are taking it back. I requested a 4 color pen and he got me a 4 pack and I was thrilled.
I've been having trouble getting any tender steaks. I think I'm going to switch meat markets. I think all the competition between stores is ruining the quality of the food.
Sounds Good Gina!
