Menus and Miles Wed. August 27th
I loved the puree stage. I pureed roast beef, chicken, etc. It looked yucky but tasted delish!
Sometimes I dump on Peanut butter so I'd watch that. I saw Price said to avoid Saltines. I know I ate them early out with tuna fish, egg salad, etc. but after got to the point that I could eat more protein I took them off my menu. Now I only use them for my Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese. I have to count them out and put them in a baggie because I can't stop myself from eating more. If you notice you are increasing the amount you are eating then you need to cut them out completely.
Have you noticed any full signs yet? I hiccup (still do 6 years later) and I know that a lot of others get a runny nose. Stop when you get your first sign of fullness.
Price is also right about the Protein Shakes. Buy GOOD Whey Protein not cheap stuff with a lot of additives for losing weight and little protein.
Sounds Good!

I haven't gotten a good tomato yet!! The ones around hear say local but they have little taste. I'm going to have to go to my sister in laws and see if she has an extra one. So hungry for a BLT.
Sounds Good Anne!
