YES...they are the best!!   Congrats to your DD and family!!! I didn't ask yesterday what the heartbeat was.  All of those years of hoping for a boy and now we are Hoping for a girl....lol.

I HATE painting!!  It looks so easy but yes it is hard work. DD#2's  new house doesn't need a thing done to it....YEAH!!  They got it at such a good price because the owners are anxious to move to CA to be with their grandchildren. They are even giving them seller assistance to pay the down payment and a lot of furniture.
