Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Happy Late Afternoon LW's!!  My family made smores over a fire last night and I splurged and had a burnt black marshmallow.  I wonder if it losses any of its calories being burnt like that.

My DD#3 is pregnant with #3!!    I got to go to the sonar at 7 weeks and today I heard the heartbeat....what a sweet sound!!  She lost her 2nd baby at 15 weeks so we haven't been sharing except to close friends and family until now.  I can't wait until she can actually feel the baby move so she doesn't stress between appointments.

Aw, I'm jealous.  I loved spending time with my niece's baby, well, she is 2.5 so toddler.  Probably as close as I will get to having a grandchild.

It was suppose to rain and did this morning but hasn't since.  I didn't walk because I had a dentist apt but will go to muscle pump soon.  I came home with all the extra pounds I had lost and some.  Hopefully they will leave as fast as they came.  Remembered that the gym was closed due to refinishing the gym floor so I picked blackberries instead.

decaf protein coffee  33g
eggbeaters, cheese, spinach
low carb pita, leftover steak, tomato
lemon tea protein  13g
pistashios
fish, zucchin
protein shake 23g

2.5 is a great age!  Our grandson is that age and he is a hoot!!  You just never know Price.  Your DD might meet a wonderful man who sweeps her off of her feet.

Summer and traveling is probably close to being over for you??  You can get those extra pounds off!

Sounds Good!

Thanks Linda!  This will be the last one for us too. She says if something unexpected happens she isn't trying again.  It's just too hard on her and the 6 yr. old is taking his Mom's morning sickness and worrying very seriously.  Yesterday at the Drs. he was upset there wasn't twins (from his Dad's family...they have a lot of twins and were hoping****il he heard the heartbeat and then he seemed as releaved as we were.

Sounds Good!

These were the giant marshmallows but I cut it in half.  I stayed away from making a smore. I probably wouldn't have slept if I would have had that before bed.

Good for you starting a new program!

Sounds Good!

Congratulations Roz!  Grandbabies are the best!  Nicole heard the heartbeat of hers the other day and was so excited! She was a little stressed too because they hadn't found it before now - but she's feeling the fluttering too...  they think it's another girl as the heartbeat is up over 150.  We'll love whatevere comes along!!  This is her last week of working - yea!  She goes on disability at 12 weeks.  She is trying to work, sell their house (fix it up), move into their other house and be there for the girls.  Plus she's tired all the time....  I helped most of the weekend painting - wow was I sore!!  The whole house needs painting but we picked the room that was the worse and the trim (most of the main floor area).  Who says painting isn't exercise?  up and down ladders, floors, etc....

eating yesterday - not good.  I'm really trying to get back on track.

Today:

B - coffee

Brunch - 2 eggs/cheese/2 sausage patties

D- not sure.  went to the store and bought lots of meat.  depends on what I feel like cooking.
