I am sooooo glad I don't have to do school shopping any more!! Don't get me wrong...I would love to have my girls little again but don't miss spending all of that money.
I ordered ham and bean soup at a restaurant yesterday and since it's one of my favorites I was excited that it was the soup of the day. It was big chunks of ham and barely a bean. I asked the waitress if she could dig me out a few more beans. She said she told the cook (whether she did or not) that the soup only had 2 ingredients and they left one out....lol. She brought me a new bowl all wrapped up for me take home. I haven't tried it yet.
Sounds Good!

Yes, the weather's turned chili here too with occasional rain. I'm now using my 3 tog duvet - I used the 1 tog one for over a month.
DH managed to get the shower fixed. I think we're going to have to re-varnish the banister as that's where a lot of the water hit, but I think we're OK other than that.
I had a couple of restaurant tokens I had to use so I went out for lunch and dinner. I did want chicken for dinner but they didn't have that item and I barely touch red meat - unless it's in a McDonald's burger or chili as I don't like it to resemble too much what it used to be, LOL!

LOL....It took me a few seconds to figure out what you meant by "resemble too much what it used to be". I never think of that. I guess I'm used to having DH who hunts.
Sounds Good!
