I still use a small plate too.  I think it really helps me keep my portions small.  That's a long time to sit with a little one at the Drs.

I still eat on a tiny plate, but I eat too fast, and also usually read or work on the computer while eating.  I still weigh and measure most of the time, and record on my fitness pal.  I wait half an hour after eating to drink.  I don't drink any carbonation at all, but I do use straws and drink caffeine. I count my carbs, protein and calories every day.  I weigh myself almost every day. 

B eggs, cheese, ham, spinach

L turkey patty, mixed veggies

S greek yogurt, banana, walnuts, banana cream pudding powder

S peanut butter

D hamburger patty, apple

S almonds

fluids good, vites good, miles no

I forgot to list how often do you weigh yourself.  I'm an every day weigher too.  It sounds like you are doing everything right!

I still use a small plate because I know there's no way I can eat a full size meal, nor should I.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - CarbSmart ice cream
D - stir fry chicken and bok choy
S - popcorn

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

MILES:
walking

I know what you mean!  I still use my cute Mikey Mouse Plate.  I think I'm going to buy a new plate (maybe Cinderella) when we go to Downtown Disney in October.  My Grandson keeps taking my Mickey one....LOL.
