WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Happy Thursday....but I keep thinking it's Friday! I just read on AOL that the average American eats 3,770 calories a day!! I average about 1300 on most days and even a slight increase moves the scales in the wrong direction.
I think DD#2 and family are moving in with us for a couple of weeks until they can get into their new house. It really bothers me that the Mortgage hasn't been approved yet. I would be a little panicked if it were me but the bank told them not to worry.

Good news today! My dd #2 who haws been off work since October with a work injury is going back to work. And it looks like she is probably going to win her comp case !

Oh my goodness that sounds painful! My DH broke his hand in 3 places and twisted his wrist at work last month and he is getting paid but has to sit at work all day. He calls me constantly and now he figured out facetime!
