WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Snack: Banana
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea 23g
Snack: Nature Valley Gluten Free Almond Crunch Bar
Dinner: Thin Pork Chops and 1/2 cup Scalloped Potatoes
Snack: 3 TBS. of Plain Popcorn Kernels made in microwave

I don't know how you eat the same thing every day! IT shows you have a healthy relationship with food, unlike mine!

L-cottage cheese -6.5G
S-probably nothing
D-protein mashed potatoes
Carbs are still in balance with potatoes, not something I plan to eat forever but I needed a break from my soup! Calories are startlingly low still.....feels weird to eat like this again.
Oh I wish I could do that again! Many folks hated that part of the jouney, but I really liked not being hungry and eating very small meals.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I have ALWAYS eaten like this. I was never a big eater at meals but in between time I ate LOTS of sugar!!!!!! I still struggle with sugar and it's a battle I fight every single day. I rarely have sweets in the house and I hide (out of sight out of mind) the cereals and kids snacks. DH is a boring eater too although he eats a lot at a time. Our menus are very similar every week.
I love soups. I ate a lot of Bean and Bacon soup early out.
Keep the Protein level up and the carbs will be OK.

Still eating carby. Ugh. supposed to go to a concert tonight but there are storms/rain. Not sure what's going to happen.
Brunch - scrambled eggs with black olives/tomato/green chilis
S - the rest of those darned sweet potato chips. Not buying them gain - way too yummy
D - probably a pork chop

Sorry about the concert being cancelled. I saw where Michigan got lots of rain. Was it in your area?
Your eggs sound good....minis the chilis (they'd kill my bladder). I put some bacon in mine this week. I was getting sick of ham. Do you ever use the egg beater whites? I can eat a lot more eggs at a time if I use them in additional to 1 egg.
It takes way to much willpower (that's not as strong as it use to be) to have any kind of chips in my house.

Walked this morning then drove Teke. Then rain. Then went to get hay and had to clean out the wet old hay when it was 80 and 90% humidity. I was as wet from sweat as I had been from rain earlier. Now happy to do paperwork inside in the air conditioning.

I eat a lot of variety, and sometimes that is a curse. "Oh lets see what yummy thing I can come up with" gets old. Kind of like eating at a buffet.
B eggs, cheese, spinach, deli turkey
L tuna pouch, hardboiled egg, cucumber, orange
S apple and peanut butter
D veggie salad, some kind of protein, pumpkin seeds, hardboiled egg
S probably yogurt with something mixed in
