Roz had a very busy weekend planned so I will get this started.

I walked this morning, then drove Teke and made banana pepper pickles.  Hope they turn out ok.

Hi Price,

I have been having some allergy problems this week and seems to be getting worse rather than better.  I sure hope today was my last day to have to go to work on the weekends to clean the bathrooms.  Hopefully, we can hire a part time person next week to do this.

I was going crazy I almost started it LOL :) thanks! I forgot to eat this morning no protein coffee until after 12 and I was starving by then. Stupid, felt weak for a good two hours. 

Miles: cleaning! Stairs! 

Menu:

lb-protein coffee - 28g

l-Greek yogurt (at 4pm) -12g

D 4tbsp hummus, applesauce pouch(going to a party) 

s-protein water (homemade) all night -26g

S-maybe veggie soup plus protein when we get home if I need it

Hard to catch up when you start late but I do remember those early times when I could have cared less if I ate or not.  Nice variety!!

Better late than never!

walked an hour on the treadmill and spent several hours relaxing by the pool

B-cottage cheese and a peach

S-a jersey tomato

L-hamburger

S-protein coffee drink

D-2 chicken legs w/o thighs

S-chocolate protein shake with banana and pb2

We're headed to our mountain retreat this afternoon. No telling what's on the menu but I'll do my best. Oh, yeah! Today is my 7 year surgiversary.  WOOT! 

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - fresh salsa and Scoops
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 
D - North Carolina BBQ, coleslaw and hush puppies
S - Nutty Buddy ice cream cone

Hope you have a great trip.  At least having your own kitchen will help with good decisions and if the weather cooperates, you can get your walking in.
