B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - another protein coffee
S - peanuts
L - 2 White Russians, a few bites of a bunless burger and fries
S - popcorn
D - protein shake (30g)

I think I got my fluids in, it's HARD even before the sleeve with teaching, I'm still mastering it. No bathroom breaks is hard!
