Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Loved the Busy Weekend but I needed to come to work to rest my body.....LOL.  I didn't eat much because we were way to busy.  I think I had a few scrambled eggs, 1 McDonald's hamburger, and a bunless hot dog......Oh I almost forgot 1/2 of a donut....

I don't know how DD is going to be out of her house by Friday. I'm going down this evening to help her pack up some more boxes.  We did get to tour her new house. The owners just happened to call as we got to the storage place.  They are moving to CA and wanted to know if my DD wanted any of the furniture they weren't taking!!  A beautiful living room suite and tables, a gorgeous dinning room set, kitchen set, and several dressers (even the lawn mower!).  That's unreal to me that they would just give these things away. I guess the DD who lives here didn't want them and they said it would cost to much to ship them to CA.

Glad she lucked out with the furniture but I hate the idea of moving everything into storage, the back out.  That happened to us when we bought our first house.

I walked this morning and thought I was going to be teaching this evening but the class was cancelled so I can go to muscle pump.

decaf protein coffee  33g
sausage, low carb pita
lemon tea protein  13g
butternut squash, chicken leftovers
ground beef and zucchini pasta
protein shake  23g

I bought one of those things you use to make pasta from veggies.  We'll see what happens tonight.

Her DH is upset about moving everything twice too but they were so afraid of not selling their house that they didn't have a choice.  They have an older city home that needs a lot of loving care and got offered practically what they were asking for it.

Teaching?

Let me know how the pasta machine works out.

Sounds Good!

Yeah, I do most of my staff's training and all the new staff orientation.

The pasta thing worked ok and the dish was good.  You basically just stick a zucchini or whatever in and twist it and it comes out in ribbons.  Pretty neat.  I did zucchini in ground beef with a can of artichokes and some Italian seasoning then when it was all cooked, mixed some plain greek yogurt in to make it a little creamy.  the zucchini cooks really quick since it is so thin.

OH...I never thought about your staff.  I was thinking weight loss related like Zumba.

Did the zucchini taste slimmy.

Your post looks great!  I love my IPad for playing candy crush and farm hero saga....LOL  I don't use it for much else since I got my new phone.

I doubt DD will keep the dining room set.  It is absolutely beautiful but it is so big and bulky.  I think she wants to make that room into a TV room since she has an eat in kitchen.  Her DH needs a place to get away from 5 women in the house when he gets home from work....LOL.

Sounds good Linda!

Just the opposite for my DD.  Her old house sold right away and they have to be out on Friday with no place to go.  She told my the realtor offered them one of his rentals until everything's finalized with the new house. If they decide to do that they are only taking their mattresses, one suitcase each and a few dishes.  If for some reason they don't get the loan then I guess we will be out house hunting again....Praying that doesn't happen!

DeCarb is the word of the day.......!
