I knew DS had to do a lot more vits/mins than RNY but wow. You do such a good job of keeping up with all of it. I so worry about folks that think after 6 months, they can forget about them and labs.

I take the multi generic from CVS. I love them and haven't had any problems with it. Mine doesn't have iron. You may find you need to separate the iron because you can't absorb that and the calcium together. I used to take mine in the middle of the night when I got up to pee.

Is it the Centrum Silver? I had to stop taking it because there's an additive/filler that was giving me all kinds of grief. I take just the regular Centrum chewables and am fine with them.

I just take the equate womens multivite. Early out I took the opurity bariatric chewable. It is a little pricey, but very complete. I got so I couldn't stand the taste after while, so I just started buying them from Walmart. I haven't taken the chewables for a while. I did like the opurity chewable calcium and took it or a long time until I got sick of chewables. I still take opurity vitamin B12, it is sublingual.
if you google opurity you can find their site.
Maybe the iron in the chewable is what is bothering your stomach? I didn't have to start the vites till my six week check up. Maybe your tummy just isn't ready yet.
