Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Hi Roz life is crazy! But happy camel day! I'm on the road again fourth day of insanity :) 

b-protein coffee. Still not loving Isopure unflavored in my coffee. Tolerating because I have tons. 28g

S-all day protein 26g and a 32 ounce power raid zero bottle with ice tea

l-may not happen 

s-Greek yogurt plus protein 

d-soup plus protein

Hi Roz! Eating is ok, not great, but not the worst I've done either.  My sister wants to take the kids to mcDonalds to play tonight... which means fast food.  Maybe I'll get one of their salads tonight.  I usually get a snack wrap. 

Brunch - yummy scrambled eggs made with butter, black olives and green chilis

S - SF pickle and some peanuts 

S - I want something else, but don't need it.

D - probably mcD's

will try to stay out of snacks at tonights meeting but we will see.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/3 cup of peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - chicken stir fry w/snow peas
S - CarbSmart ice cream
