D: haven't eaten yet, which is bad of me. I just don't feel like it and I'm cranky and sick of shakes and right now don't feel like having soup either. I've given myself a deadline of 9:30, I have to be actively working on my shake/soup by then. My liquids have been good today, but I'm behind on protein.

Last work day this week. I have no idea what we are doing tomorrow other than I need to visit at the nursing home because I haven't been yet this week.

Got up late. But that's normal when I'm in Michigan.
My son is in michigan and I got to see him for about 3 hours.. tomorrow he's asking his 3 year girlfriend to marry him in Traverse City. I'm riding my bike up to a family engagement dinner. It's a total surprise to her!
