It constantly amazes me how little you eat. One chicken leg wouldn't hold me for very long
I have definitely gotten in my exercise today. I walked my 1.5 mile with Thor then longed both ponies which involves lots of walking, then picked another gallon of blackberries. Now for a shower and some knitting.

I have never been a big eater it was all about what I ate. I was hungry in the afternoon after just having 1 chicken leg...LOL I had a couple of Calcium Chews and a Protein Drink that held me over until I had my banana. I never even had the Laughing Cow wedge and crackers that I posted (having it today).
Sounds Good Price!!

Yes, I'm creature of habit too. I didn't get my 2nd protein shake in today as I was at the dentist - other than that it's mostly the same.
On the up side he said that my gums had improved and I explained that it was thanks to the flagyl... I wonder if gums and bowels are somehow related. I had issues with both at the same time and flagyl fixed both!?
Am I allowed this pic? It's Thursday evening in the UK so I think it's fair game!!

So tired. Worked today. Too hard. :/. Fluids not in. Yikes.
B-protein coffee 28g
s-none
l-low glycemic protein shake - 20g
s-puréed cauliflower for taste and texture!!! I was hating eating.
D-protein in a bottle -26g
s-puréed hard boiled egg and olive oil mayo - I need a healthier way to make it but I needed the fat today! - nice thing is smoother than yogurt!
Fluids fluids. Hence liquid dinner, short on fluids. Hard with sleeve compared to band but I will get used to it.
LOVE mashed/pureed cauliflower!
I wish I hated eating... I do enjoy eating smaller portions... but... no, it's carbs... wish I hated carbs - lol.
